Our Story

Founder, Fred Frisco, has been working in the special education field for over 15 years operating schools (Re-Education Services) and educating children on the Autism spectrum and other special needs in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake County, Ohio.  While operating innovative and successful schools specific for educating those with Autism, Fred believed that his mission was not complete once his students graduated from high school.  Many students with Autism graduate from high school and society often doesn't understand their unique needs and abilities.  Employment opportunities are often difficult to find for adults with special needs.  The NCCC business was created as an opportunity to provide resources, training, and employment for lifelong learners embracing Autism.

The NCCC concept, building design, and marketing have been a collaboration by students from local schools (Auburn Career Center and Re-Education Services students).  The mission for NCCC has always been student driven.  The entire NCCC project was inspired by and designed for students of all abilities.

You may find many popcorn businesses that provide quality popcorn, but you will NOT find a better popcorn business model.  NCCC may be the only popcorn business that provides the most delicious gourmet popcorn while supporting creativity and providing opportunities for those with special needs. With your support and patronage, we will continue to grow and provide unique employment options while sharing with the world our delicious popcorn creations.
