Can you ship my order out of state, or out of the country? 
We can ship anywhere in the USA. We are not licensed to ship product out of the United States at this time. 

How does the tin refill program work? 
With any tin purchase, you get 4 refills at a reduced price and a 5th refill free in our retail store. Contact the shop directly @ (440) 571-4005 for more information.  We can help you coordinate shipping a gift out of the area while providing you with a tin refill punch card so you can enjoy the benefit of reduced cost tin refills here locally!

Can I place an order to be picked up at your retail store? 
All orders submitted through the website will incur shipping costs. Call (440) 571-4005 to place your order for pickup. There are no shipping costs on orders picked up at our local retail store at:

How soon will I receive my order?
We estimate 2-3 business days to prepare, package, and then ship your order using the shipping method that you selected at checkout. If you need your order sooner, please call us and we will make arrangements to expedite your shipment.
